Your evening begins with a buffet dinner, featuring seasonal dishes paired with specially selected wines that highlight the flavors of the harvest. As you dine, our winemaker will share the history of the vineyard and a behind-the-scenes look at the winemaking process that transforms grapes into the wines you love. After dinner, step into the vineyard and experience the harvest firsthand! Pluck ripe grapes from the vine and stomp them the old-fashioned way, embracing a time-honored tradition. To end the evening, raise a glass of velvety port in a toast to the season, the harvest, and the magic of the moonlit vineyard.
