Overview

Unreined Whiskey brings the Kentucky bourbon experience to WildHorse Ranch, 600 acres of Texas countryside in South College Station where cattle and bison roam and a rickhouse sits full of aging barrels. The one-hour Signature Tour covers the property, the rickhouse and finishes with a guided tasting; or you can skip the reservation and pull up a seat for cocktails built on Unreined's own bourbon and a Ranch-to-table bison burger cooked to perfection in-house. What makes it worth the drive is everything you experience once you're here: a blending team with Kentucky and Texas distillery expertise, a drinking and dining experience you would expect from a much older bourbon destination and views that stretch past the rickhouse to open pasture and grazing bison.
