A vivid program of imagination and atmosphere featuring David Michael Hyde’s Wildwood, and the world premiere of The Paper Nautilus, a BVSO Commission from the composer Bryan Doherty. Completing the program is Bartók’s Music for Strings, Percussion and Celesta – a mesmerizing work that helped shape the sound and mood of films like The Shining.
