Begin your evening with a choice of starters: a rich Shiner French Onion Soup crowned with gruyère and crostini, or a bright and elegant Spring Pea Soup finished with fried artichoke and onion for a vegetarian option.

For the second course, delight in one of our refined offerings, including a delicate Lobster Salad paired with crispy polenta cake, or a creamy Burrata Salad with heirloom tomatoes, Russian dressing, and crispy onions, or a refreshing Tuna Salad with citrus, pine nuts, fennel, and pink grapefruit.

Choose an entrée that speaks to your heart: a luxurious Filet au Poivre with peppercorn sauce, asparagus, and pomme purée or Pan-Seared Scallops in Champagne ikura beurre blanc with broccolini and preserved lemon risotto. For vegetarian diners, delight in Eggplant Involtini layered with ricotta, mushroom, and arrabbiata.

End the evening on a sweet note with your choice of dessert: a decadent Flourless Chocolate Torte with dark chocolate mousse and raspberry gelée or a luscious Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake topped with a chocolate-covered strawberry.
