Overview

Reed Arena, a 12,989-seat special events center located on the west side of campus, opened in the fall of 1998. Reed Arena serves as the home for Texas A&M men's and women's basketball and volleyball teams. Complete with the amenities of an NBA arena and the atmosphere of a collegiate setting, Reed Arena provides A&M with one of the best basketball arenas in the southwest and provides first-class accommodations not only for Aggie basketball and volleyball, but for major concerts, commencement ceremonies and a variety of other events.
