Brian Bachmann Community Park

Overview

Amenities include: four lighted Little League baseball fields, two lighted Senior League baseball fields, two lighted adult soccer fields, three youth soccer fields, two concession buildings, four lighted tennis courts, two lighted basketball courts, one playground, horseshoe pits, one sand volleyball court, a Pavilion, Community Center, Pool, Skate Park. The Pavilion has a capacity of 300, with a full kitchen, 25 picnic tables, barbecue pit, lights, water and electrical outlets. The Southwood Community Center has a meeting room, game room, computer lab, kitchen with an ice machine, big-screen TV, and coffee service. The Cindy Harllan Pool is a 25 yard pool, with beach entry in the shallow end and an overall depth of 4ft. The Pool has a Clam Slide, swimming lanes, shade, shallow water for tots and non-swimmers. The G. Hysmith Skae Park is designed for all skill levels. It is a competition quality skate park, made mostly of concrete.
