4 Brothers NY Bagels

Overview

4 Brothers NY Bagels brings an authentic taste of New York to College Station. What began in founder Michael Discon’s home kitchen has grown into a family-owned and operated shop, now serving 26 bagel varieties and 15 hand-spun cream cheeses, all made fresh in-house each day. Along with breakfast staples, the menu features lunch and deli options, salads, soups, and gourmet pastries. Beyond the bagels, 4 Brothers is dedicated to community and hospitality—supporting local nonprofits, schools, and veterans organizations, while also offering discounts and free coffee to military members and first responders. Located adjacent to Piada, the 1,673-square-foot shop is a go-to spot for bagel lovers and anyone craving a warm, welcoming experience.
