Convention Center Feasibility Study

Visit College Station, in partnership with Hunden Partners and TVS Architecture and Design, is conducting a market demand, feasibility and economic impact study for a proposed convention center. The study will evaluate potential sites, assess demand for meeting space and analyze how College Station compares to similar destinations.

Tourism Strategic Plan

The Tourism Strategic Plan is to guide and inform the work of Visit College Station, assist with decision making in spending Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT) revenue through grants and special projects and to make recommendations specific to sales, marketing, events and overall growth of the tourism program. ​

The Tourism Committee will act as the steering committee for this plan which will kick off at the May 28, 2025 meeting.
