After countless dinner parties and a journey of trial and error, Sal discovered his winning dish: fried chicken paired with waffles. The name "MESS" reflects the chaotic yet rewarding process of building the business. Since opening on Valentine’s Day in 2014, MESS has flourished, evolving from a food truck to a beloved restaurant.
