George P. Mitchell Tennis Center
Overview
The Mitchell Tennis Center has been the home of the Texas A&M Men’s and Women’s Tennis teams since 1998. Located on the University’s West Campus, the state-of-the-art facility has hosted many intercollegiate tournaments, including the NCAA Championships in 2002, 2005, and 2009. The 1999 USTA Facility of the Year boasts a Mondotrack FTX surface, 12 lighted courts, seating for 3000 spectators, locker rooms, a full-size training room, and a players’ lounge.
