MPS Returns for its 28th year

Visit College Station is bringing back the 28^th annual Meeting Planners Showcase on Thursday, March 31 from 12-4 p.m. at the Hilton College Station and Conference Center.

The free annual event highlights local businesses that provide services to individuals or groups hosting meetings, conferences, weddings, and other special events. More than 40 vendors will participate this year, including caterers, printing services, lodging, florists, attractions, and more.

With events finally coming back from the pandemic, it’s gratifying to again host high-caliber events in our community and beyond. These events allow vendors, planners, and others to learn how our community can help make their next event successful. It’s also a great way to build relationships, network, and involve community businesses.

This year, we are honored to welcome keynote speakers Dr. Cherly LeJewell Jackson and Erika Shalene, who will discuss Planning for Better: Creating margin to stay motivated and focused while navigating life’s new normal. The keynote session begins at 2 p.m. in the Bluebonnet Ballroom.

The first 100 attendees will receive a free tote bag. Cocktail hour will take place at Ignite Bar & Grill beginning at 4 p.m. Each guest receives two complimentary drink tickets and Reagan Quinn will also be entertaining with live music.
