Emerald Forest is one of the most beautiful native plant sites in the City of College Station park system. The 4-1/2 acre site is heavily wooded and bordered on the north side by Bee Creek. The park has a playground, a lighted half basketball court, picnic tables, 1/3 mile jogging trail, and some area lighting. The design of the park was guided with the intent of preserving the native vegetation with minimal disturbance to the site.
