Hang Out & Tune In

Hang Out & Tune In provides a networking opportunity for the College Station music community that takes place on the third Tuesday of every month. The mixers are held at various music venues each month, encouraging musicians and venue owners to collaborate with each other. For each mixer, we touch on a topic to help benefit the growth of musicians (ex: radio interviews, marketing, selling merchandise, creating a set list, song writing, etc.), and at the end of each gathering we provide an opportunity for the musicians to grab the mic and show off their talents for an open mic hour.

Date: Third Tuesday of every month

Time: 6PM – 8PM

Location: Changes each month, but be sure to follow us on social media for where we will be or join our mailing list.

6:00PM - 6:30PM: Arrive and mingle

6:30PM – 7:00PM: Music topic benefiting musicians

7:00PM – 8:00PM: Open mic hour (perform up to two songs)

Our mission is for the city of College Station to be more connected with the music community, to understand the economic impact and advocate for the local artists. Hang Out & Tune In provides an opportunity to support and create better professional as musicians strive to reach their goal as an entertainers.
