Each year, Visit College Station rolls out the welcome mat for our annual Meeting Planners Showcase — a dynamic event designed to connect planners with the people and places that make hosting events in our city seamless and memorable. Attendees get a firsthand look at top venues, local vendors and the warm hospitality that sets College Station apart from other cities.

Whether you're planning a conference, corporate retreat, wedding or unique group experience, the Showcase offers inspiration and connections– from caterers serving up delicious dishes to festive florists, stunning venues and creative printing services, you’ll find everything you need to make your event unforgettable.

Meetings With a Meaning

This year, Meeting Planners Showcase proudly supported Chrissy’s Closet, a local non-profit organization dedicated to providing free clothing, shoes and hygiene products to students in need. Chrissy’s Closet ensures that every student has the resources to feel confident and thrive both in and out of the classroom. The event raised over $1,000 from vendor fees and attendees were encouraged to contribute further by making monetary donations or donating new socks and shoes.
