After the Meeting Planners Showcase, keep the fiesta alive at our exclusive after-hours event at The Dean, located in The Hilton Hotel and Conference Center. Enjoy a specially curated beverage and snacks menu provided by The Dean—it's the perfect way to unwind and connect!

Meetings With a Meaning

This year, Meeting Planners Showcase will proudly support Chrissy’s Closet, a local non-profit organization dedicated to providing free clothing, shoes and hygiene products to students in need. Chrissy’s Closet ensures that every student has the resources to feel confident and thrive both in and out of the classroom.

We invite attendees to join us in making a difference by bringing donations of new socks and shoes to the event. Your contributions will directly support students in our community while you discover exceptional local businesses that can help make your next meeting or event extraordinary.
