Overview
The local flavors of Texas inspired all of our menu items. Our head chef, (Jack Warren) created this cuisine after studying authentic elevated rustic recipes. Not only do we have fresh locally sourced products from the south, but we also have a variety of handcrafted cocktails, Texas made wine, and Texas crafted beer to choose from. At The Revelry, we’re serving up more than burgers. In fact, our famous brisket tacos are one of our unexpected specialties. Reminiscent of butcher shops back in the day, our slow-smoked, sizzling brisket measures up to some of the best brisket in the whole state. Our signature recipe, that we have perfected, is rubbed with a secret blend of seasonings, cured and smoked with pecan wood for up to 10 hours before its then carved in our kitchen. We’re excited to bring something new to our community and can’t wait to share our unique recipes.
