Overview

This 15,300 square foot space can seat 992 Banquet Style or 1700 Lecture style. Nearly soundproof drop-down walls can separate this space into up to 5 different break-outs. The Memorial Student Center is best for Large Scale Conferences, Trade Shows and Banquets. Honoring the great traditions at TAMU, the MSC is an intertwined mix of respect for the past and a state of the art meeting facility. The Memorial Student Center is covered under the Bryan College Station Convention and Visitors Bureau Preferred Access Agreement with Texas A&M. Rudder Conference and Events Center, also known as Rudder Tower has 19,000 square feet of combined meeting space. The largest meeting room can hold up to 300 people, lecture style. This space is best used for classes, workshops and lectures. The J. Earl Rudder Conference and Events Center is covered under the Bryan College Station Convention and Visitors Bureau Preferred Access Agreement with Texas A&M. Kyle Field, home to Texas A&M Football has six unique venues with over 115,000 combined square feet of meeting space. These facilities are versatile and can be used for almost anything, though they are best suited from receptions, competitions and trade shows. Kyle Field is covered under the Experience Bryan College Station Preferred Access Agreement with Texas A&M.
